Poets' meet on Google Meet Poets' meet on Google Meet   Kolkata : (Report : Sanatan Mahakud): Multilingual poets'meet was like a long nourished dream appears palpable . The programme was so and so on behalf of "Shreyashi" online magazine published from Balisai,in the district of Purba Medinipur . Barun Kumar das ,the editor of the online magazine , hosts the entire session that continues almost two and half hours . The programme begins with the chanting of hymn in Sanskrit by Suren Kumar Mahapatra from the department of Sanskrit Ramnagar college. Dr.Gagan Chandra De of Sabang College read poem in Sanskrit . Among men of letters from Odisha it was Sairintri Sahu , editor of 'Dhwani Pratidhwani',an odia daily from Balasore, fetched massive responses.Next to come Rabi Satapathi , lecturer in Odia from Koraput , Saubhagya Kumar Mallick , deputy manager at Dhamra port in the district of Bhadrak, Sanatan Mahakud from Nayagarh , Susmita Mahapatra from Rourkela , Paramita Sarangi form Mumbai ,Debjani Roy from khurda, Tarun Kumar Das from Paschim Medinipur to read poem in odia . Firoj Kumar's Sambalpuri poems applauded by the rest .Tapesh Bhowmick , Dharam Dubey, Rajot Sanyal and Gobind Pal were in front bench. Among Bengali poets to read poems were  Pranab Bhattchariya , Ajit Jana , Debasis Sarkhel , Krishna Pal , Sukumar Bhunia  and Padmalochan Karan . Along with a student poet named Amiya Kumar Mallick , Priya Ranjan Das and Pradipta Kumar Das  read poems in English. Such innovation of reading poems on social media was highly appreciated by Dr.Aloknath Misha , the editor of Manan , Poritosh Samantha ,the advocate  and  Pradip Kumar Jana poet and essayist .
